Susan K. Jewel received her undergraduate degree with highest honors from San Jose State University in 1991, and she graduated Order of the Coif at Southwest School of Law in 1995, where she was a Finalist in the Law School’s Annual Moot Court Competition. Ms. Jewel also holds a Masters Degree from San Jose State University in Administration of Justice. She is a Bay Area native.
Following law school, Ms. Jewel entered private practice with our predecessor firm, Davidson, Sheehan & Jewel, serving families and closely held businesses in the Bay Area. Ms. Jewel has focused her law practice in the areas of family and business planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and conservatorships. Ms. Jewel has been active in the legal and philanthropic communities for many years, routinely offering estate planning continuing education courses to financial professionals and hosting estate-planning workshops for a variety of special interest groups. Ms. Jewel is the proud 2009 recipient of the Hero Award from AIDS Legal Referral Panel, for service provided to protect the legal rights of Bay Area of residents living with HIV/AIDS.
Ms. Jewel is licensed to practice law in the State of California and an active member of the San Francisco Bar Association.
