This seminar will cover topics such as:
- Do I really need a will?
- When should I contact an attorney?
- Should we register as domestic partners?
- What is a revocable living trust?
- What other documents might I need to protect my family?
Some people think that estate planning is only needed when you have substantial assets, such as a house or big investment accounts. But this is not always the case. Without certain documents, our children and partners can be left in very tough situations with regard to health, finances and children’s custody and care. This seminar will cover some of the essentials of estate planning.
